englishThe title is a fuse of Saxophone and Phoenix. In Greek mythology, a phoenix is a long-lived bird that cyclically regenerates or is otherwise born again. A phoenix obtains new life by arising from the ashes of its predecessor. The form of Saxopho(e)nix is also circular. It is one continuous flow of a vibrating sound: any development leads back to the origin where the material cyclically regenerates and unfolds in new way again. |
